Welcome to Pegasus Primary School

We believe every child can be an outstanding learner

Welcome to Pegasus School!

We are delighted to share with you our wonderful school. We offer education from 2 years to 11 years old as well as opportunities for younger children. For us, learning is just the most exciting thing you can do! Our children come to school full of enthusiasm as every day they know there will be something to intrigue and to inspire them. This is why our children achieve well by the end of their time with us. By the end of their journey with us they have grown into responsible, diligent, independent and inquisitive young people who make the most of every learning opportunity. We are very proud of them and their success.

We strive to give children extra ordinary experiences and take advantage of what Oxford has to offer. We are privileged to be on the door step of a city of academic success and we work closely with different organisations to give children a sense of the possibilities in life. Our curriculum reaches outside the classroom - we run Forest School programmes with Reception and Y3. Y3 to Y6 take part in residential visits, including Hill End, Snowdonia and The Peak District. We have our own allotments and our children grow fruit and vegetables. We cook together and share lunches with our families. Our children love our curriculum and the opportunities it offers.

Our website is just an introduction, please feel free to come and visit, we’d love to show you our wonderful school!

Please see the Parent Handbook in information. This holds all the information you need for your child.
